The Procrastinater

Alrighty. Let's get this part-ay startedddd!!

(Not really. I just thought I should update my blog.)


Soo...

School is done in a week, and in that time, I have to write two EXTREMELY long essays that I am just not looking forward to doing..... Ugh. I am such a procrastinater.

I should seriously make myself into a superhero "The Procrastinater"! Fights crime after a looonnngggg period of time!! Oh man, I am a geek.

I am really looking forward for school to be done so that I can focus on the upcoming shows I am directing....


Also, I sent my application in for a summer camp job.....so pray for me that I at least get an interview!!! I need to do SOMETHING this summer.....so why not do something fun and worthwhile .....while making some cash in the process.....right???

Hmm. What else?!

I don't know. I'm really pooped and I kind of feel like taking a nap. (This is my new daily life story). I have been taking WAY too many naps to my liking. It's getting into a bad habit....just like my coffee in the morning!! Yikes!!


I would just like to say that I am feeling better since my last blog. Again, I'm sorry if anyone was offended....I was just really frustrated at life (as I'm sure most of us get some of the time).

Anyways, I think that's about it for now!!

Rant/Vent/WHYYYYY!!!

I'm sorry if this seems conceited/self-absorbed. But I need to vent/rant.

Why is it that people who have less experience than you/they haven't been working as hard as you have seem to get into show business WAY more!?

It's just frustrating....I've been performing since I was 6!! And theatre since I was 10!!!

And yet people who have been doing theatre for a much less amount of time than me get lead roles, or audition opportunities.....and it's just soooo.......AGGRIVATING!!

It's just such a stab at my heart and at my confidence.

I don't like this feeling!!

Just a quick update!!

Hello Avid Amanda Fans!!

Just thought I'd write a quick blog before my 8:30 class begins (as I just finished cleaning out my backpack because I found out that the container I brought some watermelon slices in has a CRACK in it so now I have watermelon juice all over my stuff!! *tear tear*)

ANYWHO

Firstly I think I should tell you that I'm pretty positive that I did not get into Annie with TUTS, which is fine, because it just gives me other opportunities to do things during the summer! So I'm not too bummed out!!

It's for a Youtube contect where you had to lipsync to A Static Lullaby's cover of Britney Spears' "TOXIC". It's pretty brilliant if I do say so myself and it took 3 days for filming AND editing.

Also, I am sooooo excited that the school semester is almost over for me!! I think I have only about 4 more weeks left!! Wahoo!!
